The Fit Factory is a 9-stage circuit of strength machines unlike any other. The machines interact with you…they set themselves up – automatically – specifically for you. They remember what you’ve done in the past. They even call you by your name.

Whether you’re a box-fresh newbie or a seasoned pro, the Fit Factory will hold your hand, challenge you, encourage you, reward you, and even spot you, so you can optimize every rep, every set, every time.  

Once you’ve been set up on the touchscreen kiosk, and have been shown the ropes by one of our awesome trainers, it’s over to you. Book a slot on the RetroFit app for one of our guided group circuits, or rock up and go solo – it’s up to you. Let the machines adjust to your settings, follow the prompts on each machine console, and start achieving. The kit even gives you a score after each set so you know if you’re bang on, or need to pull your socks up for next time.
